Meet the team

The Best Case Scenario team is comprised of professionals from diverse backgrounds and experiences allowing us to align and respond with our client’s needs and priorities.

With over 100 years of combined experience. We manage projects for small to large corporates, non-profit and the start-up community in the following industry verticals – Technology, Finance, Government and Healthcare.

Founder & Managing Director

Luli has over 30 years experience curating content for thought leadership discussions and campaigns within the technology, Government, FinTech and health sectors. Prior to running her company Best Case Scenario, Luli worked for Gartner heading up their Asia/Pacific conference business. During this time Luli grew the APAC event business by a staggering 250%. This required managing and launching a portfolio of senior executive programs in Australia, Singapore, India & China.

Luli’s unique professional network has seen her involved in initiatives that propel innovation and business growth, most recently she co-designed a virtual trade mission to Australia and the UK to support scale-ups expand overseas. She secured Government support from Senator Jane Hume, the Federal Coalition’s Assistant Minister for Superannuation as well as other key industry associations and the start up community.

Luli and her team continue to work with clients in curating thought leadership content and delivering it effectively to enrich their client’s customer experiences. Current and past clients include: Microsoft, Intel, AIIA, Newfound Global, HP, ASUS, Dataminr, InfoMedix and more.

Luli is an active member and elected council member of the AIIA (Australian Information Industry Association, a non-profit association leading the Australian ICT industry). Luli also volunteers her time spear heading not for profit #TechDiveristy, a community that aims to make diversity and inclusion the number one business priority in Australia for technology workforces.

In October 2023, Luli won an award at the Women’s agenda as the Leader in Emerging Tech.

Stacey has over 20+ years corporate experience. She has a strong background in management, communication and client engagement. Stacey’s focus with Best Case Scenario is as Senior Events/Operations Manager, working on multiple key events from conception to completion. Her vast array of experience from project management, training co-ordination, event management right through to office management, leads Stacey to apply a consultative, practical and holistic approach.

Jen joined Best Case Scenario as a marketing consultant in 2007. Prior to being an associate to Best Case Scenario, Jen spent three years with Gartner, marketing their flagship event Symposium/ITxpo in both Europe and Australia. Degree educated in the discipline of marketing; previous roles included marketing a series of product road shows throughout Europe for Wind River Systems. Prior to Wind River, Jen worked for Polycom and launched their channel partner marketing program.

With more than a decade of event-handling know-how, backed by brand marketing and business development experience, Theresa makes an impactful contribution to all projects involving brand campaigns, product launches, thought leadership and social events. Having a degree in IT, she supports the development and built of several integrated platforms needed for marketing, content management, and customer service.

Before joining Best Case Scenario, Theresa became involved on a yearlong social action program developed for two UN agencies with a goal to support the initiatives set in Southeast Asia.

Faye has recently joined BCS after 20 years in TV Production, making shows for the ABC, BBC, Channels 7 & 9 as well as many broadcasters around the world.

She has a scientific, academic background and is a skilled Science & Tech Communicator and problem solver.
Her strong copywriting and storytelling skills allow her to communicate complex concepts, from development through to delivery for any audience.

Faye has a passion for supporting change makers who want to make the world a better place; particularly in the diversity & sustainability spaces and is a member of the Elevation Barn community.

She is excited to have made a move into the Technology sector. It always has and always will be, her life's mission to make science and tech, fun and accessible to all… determined to find ways to inject personality, into ‘the data'. Always looking for ways to make those concepts that have previously made you glaze over…get you so excited that a light bulb goes on!

Her role at BCS is to use her storytelling skills to Create, Produce & Direct video content, for clients, for events & digital.
Faye will also be helping to build the #TechDiversity Community ecosystem, through partnerships, education, and content production.

Through our close partnerships with research firm Ecosystm, associations and government bodies such as Queensland AI Hub, Export Council Australia, IoT Alliance Australia and Australian Healthcare & Hospitals Association, we have built an executive network spanning across many industries, where we are dedicated to helping the Australian and ASEAN CxO community with their strategic challenges.

Tech Council of Australia

We are working with Tech Nation via our not for profit #TechDiversity to fill the digital skills gap. As a campaign partner we are a key intermediary in the tech workforce ecosystem that help prepare or place people in work, but also act as influencer of policy related to training and work. We are briefed regularly on the forum's work to support it and use it as part of our #TechDiversity advocacy efforts.

Export Council of Australia

Best Case Scenario work with the Export Council of Australia on a number of initiatives to drive business growth for Australian organisations overseas. For example we are delivering a Virtual Trade Mission for the Sri Lankan Women Trading Globally program. We also support a series of executive webinars on behalf of ECA and DFAT.

Queensland AI Hub

Our partnership with Queensland AI Hub comes from a genuine interest and passion as technology as an enabler within industry sectors. The Queensland AI Hub brings regions, innovation hubs, universities, industry and government talent together to maximise people development, skills utilisation, investment and develop our collective competitive. We run a number of educational initiatives to drive AI adoption in Healthcare and other industry sectors.

Australian Healthcare & Hospitals Association (AHHA)

Best Case Scenario worked with the AHHA on their Value-Based Health Care Conference an inaugural conference hosted by Continuous Improvement in Care Cancer (CIC Cancer) and the Australian Healthcare & Hospitals Association (AHHA).

Private Healthcare Australia

Private Healthcare Australia (PHA) - PHA engages with government, industry and regulators to constantly promote the best interests of private health fund members. BCS executed their 2019 member conference and did a full market analysis of their member engagement to build into their 2020 strategy and future conference programme.

IOTA

Best Case scenario developed and delivered their IoT Impact summit in 2019 and worked with their Board and Committees to develop the programme, marketing campaign, partner engagement and sponsorship. Having built out the agenda to feature over 50+ influential speakers, BCS have forged lasting relationships with this network.
