Luli Adeyemo

Founder, Director

Luli Adeyemo has over 20+ years’ diverse experience in the events industry, generating millions of dollars in sponsorship and delegate revenue.

Prior to running her own events business (Best Case Scenario) Luli worked for Gartner heading up their Asia/Pacific conference business. During this time Luli grew the APAC event business by a staggering 250%. This required managing and launching a portfolio of senior executive programs in Australia, Singapore, India & China.

Her passion and expertise for the events industry is evident in her client list – Intel, Symantec, ASUS, AIIA all use her services to refine, retune and reignite their events.

Luli is an active member of the Australian Information Industry Association (non-profit association leading the Australian ICT industry). Best Case Scenario is the AIIA’s event and data management partner for NSW & National programs. Luli’s background is sales and marketing and she has worked with many ICT organisations in Australia and Europe.

Stacey Hutchinson

Senior Events / Operation Manager

Stacey has over 20 years corporate experience. She has a strong background in management, communication and client engagement.

Stacey’s focus with Best Case Scenario is as Project Manager, working on multiple key events from conception to completion. Her vast arrange of experience from project management, training co-ordination, event management right through to office management, leads Stacey to apply a consultative, practical and holistic approach.

Prior to working with Best Case Scenario, Stacey worked for 6 Degrees where she managed the office and ran Sales and Marketing, before moving into an Operations Manager role, managing The Church Creative Space, the office, public relations and training programs to name but a few.

Jenny Le

Event Operations

Experienced in the management of a wide range of events, Jenny Le brings to Best Case Scenario a wealth of talent for research, scheduling, customer service and team management as well as event coordination and administration.

Jenny started in the fast-paced, pressure-filled world of collection services, handling everything from customer service to accounts management.

After a few years, she turned to events management, first handling customer service and on-site event assistance for Good Time Harbour Cruises’ Vivid Light Festival Cruise.

Prior to joining Best Case Scenario, she specialised in food events, assisting in the management of the NSW Food and Wine Festival and Good Food Month. She has also helped coordinate Australia’s Sustainability in Business Conference & Exhibition and assisted on a major product launch for Olay Regenerist.

Jen Murray

Marketing Consultant

Over 20 years of event marketing experience within the technology industry.  She has worked for organisations such as Polycom, BancTec and Gartner.

Jen Murray has been described as  someone who just ‘runs with it’, she doesn’t hang around when it comes to marketing planning and execution. As someone who keeps on top of digital marketing trends she wanted to formalise her knowledge and recently completed a Diploma in Digital Marketing (Grade: Distinction).

She is also a graduate of the Marketing Institute of Ireland.  She is a hands-on marketer with experience in direct marketing, event management, sales promotions, e-marketing, PR, web marketing and social media marketing. An innovator of projects undertaken with proven versatility in high pressure environments.

Andrea White

Event Speaker Coach / Session Producer

An experienced speaker coach and event producer, Andrea’s skills are held in high regard in the events industry.

Andrea is a speaker coach and session producer, with 17 years’ experience working with speakers at large international conferences for companies including Gartner and Visa Europe. Andrea is passionate about creating presentations that captivate and inspire audiences, assisting speakers with all aspects of preparation from developing the best content with strong, simple messages, to delivering dynamic live performances. With a flexible approach that suits both seasoned and inexperienced speakers, Andrea offers one-to-one coaching and small group training on content development and presentation skills.

In addition to coaching and training, Andrea is executive  producer for a number of Gartner global keynote tours, working with speakers on the development of content, and coaching speakers through rehearsals to the live performance. Andrea has experience working with speakers at all levels from global CEOs speaking to an audience of 10,000 to first-time speakers delivering to small audiences, and has consistently excellent feedback.

Kei Nakakoji

Event Manager

Kei has worked on all sides of the event planning process on a wide range of events in both the corporate and not for profit sectors.

Kei is a results-drive project manager with 9+ years of solid experience in event production, budget management and administration.

Prior to working for Best Case Scenario, Kei spent 3.5 years working for Symantec where she was responsible for managing a range of events across Australia and New Zealand, as well as providing operational support for the marketing and sales teams.

Upon leaving Symantec she consulted as an independent Project Manager in the IT sector for 3 years, as well as working with professional associations on various membership engagement events and activities.

Kei is especially passionate about utilising her event experience to enhance a customer’s experience with an organisation and achieving business objectives through improved business operations.

Greg Waghorn

Channel Partner Program Director

It’s Greg’s strong knowledge and wealth of experience in all areas of the technology industry that makes him the right fit for Best Case Scenario

Prior to joining Best Case Scenario Greg previously worked with marketing services company Direct IT for 14 years, prior to that he spent 3 years at Hi-Tech Solutions.

While at Direct IT, Greg was responsible for managing and growing the business, servicing a customer base consisting largely of enterprise technology vendors and distribution houses.

Greg is an Eastern Suburbs local, who currently likes to spend his free time finding his downward dog and tending his backyard market garden. On the rare occasion he can also be caught celebrating a win over a local football team.

Greg has vast experience when it comes to channel sales and marketing especially addressing common challenges faced by this sales model, his experience includes:

  • Developing direct and channel marketing programs
  • Demand generation programs
  • Regaining control of the sales process if partners are mismanaging deals
  • Initiating and managing change across multiple channels for example, changes in sales strategy, messaging, introduction of new products.
  • Improving the channel feedback cycle, work with the channel to gather, analyse and interpret customer feedback and use results for future marketing activities.
  • Reducing potential conflict in some circumstances direct salespeople compete with the channel for the same business.
