Luli Adeyemo

Founder, Director

Luli has over 20+ years’ diverse experience in the events industry, generating millions of dollars in sponsorship and delegate revenue. Prior to running her own events business, Luli worked for Gartner heading up their Asia/Pacific conference business. This required managing and launching a portfolio of senior executive programs in Australia, Singapore, India & China.  Her passion and expertise for the events industry is evident in BCS’s client list – NSW Government, Intel, Microsoft, Symantec, ASUS & AIIA all use BCS’s services to refine, retune and reignite their events.

Stacey Hutchinson

Senior Events / Operation Manager

Stacey has over 20+ years corporate experience. She has a strong background in management, communication and client engagement.  Stacey’s focus with Best Case Scenario is as Senior Events/Operations Manager, working on multiple key events from conception to completion. Her vast arrange of experience from project management, training co-ordination, event management right through to office management, leads Stacey to apply a consultative, practical and holistic approach.

Greg Waghorn

Channel Partner Program Director

Prior to joining Best Case Scenario Greg previously worked with marketing services company Direct IT for 14 years, prior to that he spent 3 years at Hi-Tech Solutions.  While at Direct IT, Greg was responsible for managing and growing the business, servicing a customer base consisting largely of enterprise technology vendors and distribution houses.

Jen Murray

Marketing Consultant

Jen joined Best Case Scenario as a marketing consultant in 2007.  Prior to being an associate to Best Case Scenario, Jen spent three years with Gartner, marketing their flagship event Symposium/ITxpo in both Europe and Australia. Degree educated in the discipline of marketing; previous roles included marketing a series of product road shows throughout Europe for Wind River Systems.  Prior to Wind River, Jen worked for Polycom and launched their channel partner marketing program

Nicole McKay

Senior Event Manager

A highly skilled Events Professional with over 17 years’ experience in managing and delivering successful and quality events, both in the corporate sector and not-for-profit associations. Having personally managed an array of national and international cross-industry events, Nicole brings management experience, industry knowledge, a keen eye for detail and passion to the projects she delivers.

Anna Packham

Senior Event Manager

A respected and dynamic manager with significant event experience refined over 15 years leading and producing conferences and events across a multitude of industries.

Anna is a commercial strategist with experience in shaping, growing and driving future business and achieving sustainable growth in the events arena. She is a creative thinker and a collaborative team member.

Liz Baldwin

Senior Event Manager

Liz has 15 years experience delivering high profile global events spanning across a number of industries including finance, pharma, publishing and media and marketing. She has an exceptional ability to work across multiple projects and ensure all events are executed seamlessly, on time and on budget. Liz also brings management experience and likes to lead with a hands on approach.

Monique Larkin

Events Assistant

Monique is a recent graduate of the College of Event Management Sydney, she has diverse hands on experience in events and has a keen passion for the industry.   Monique provides vauable support to the team.

Theresa Rivera

Event Support

With more than a decade of experience in managing projects from planning to execution; organising events and strengthening brands, Theresa’s background in a corporate and an International NGO setup helped her become well equipped in working with a team of professionals aiming to provide meaningful, creative and customer-focused events.

Sunday Adedoja

Event Marketing Support

With over 7 years of experience in event marketing coordination and support he has organized, marketed and executed several local and international conferences across Asia, EMEA, Americas and Africa. Prior to joining Best Case Scenario, Sunday was an Associate at Ernst and Young where he is the point of contact for Oceania Brand, Marketing and Communications for participant information, lead generation, and event marketing support.
