  • Best Case Scenario DirectorLuli Adeyemo has over 20+ years’ diverse experience in the events industry, generating millions of dollars in sponsorship and delegate revenue. Prior to running her own events business (Best Case Scenario) Luli worked for Gartner heading up their Asia/Pacific conference business. During this time Luli grew the APAC event business by a staggering 250%.

    This required managing and launching a portfolio of senior executive programs in Australia, Singapore, India & China.

    Her passion and expertise for the events industry is evident in her client list – Intel, Symantec, ASUS, AIIA all use her services to refine, retune and reignite their events.

    Luli is an active member of the Australian Information Industry Association (non-profit association leading the Australian ICT industry). Best Case Scenario is the AIIA’s event and data management partner for NSW & National programs. Luli’s background is sales and marketing and she has worked with many ICT organisations in Australia and Europe.

    Experienced in a wide range of event management, Aisling Flynn brings to Best Case Scenario a wealth of talent form launch planning, budget management, volunteering and venue management, sponsorship management, artist liaison, and more.

    Aisling comes to Best Case Scenario with a BSc. in Event Management and a background in various live events held in Dublin, London, New York, and Sydney, where she has provided a range of event coordination and execution skills across the hospitality, entertainment, and comedy industries.

    While thorough, focused, and practical in the run-up to an event, Aisling’s true passion is for the fast-paced and ever-unpredictable nature of a live event – both in front of and behind the scenes, assisting colleagues, talent, the customer, and the public alike.

    Stacey has over 20 years corporate experience. She has a strong background in management, communication and client engagement.

    Stacey’s focus with Best Case Scenario is as Project Manager, working on multiple key events from conception to completion. Her vast arrange of experience from project management, training co-ordination, event management right through to office management, leads Stacey to apply a consultative, practical and holistic approach.

    Prior to working with Best Case Scenario, Stacey worked for 6 Degrees where she managed the office and ran Sales and Marketing, before moving into an Operations Manager role, managing The Church Creative Space, the office, public relations and training programs to name but a few.

  • Best Case ScenarioExperienced in the management of a wide range of events, Jenny Le brings to Best Case Scenario a wealth of talent for research, scheduling, customer service and team management as well as event coordination and administration.

    Jenny started in the fast-paced, pressure-filled world of collection services, handling everything from customer service to accounts management. After a few years, she turned to events management, first handling customer service and on-site event assistance for Good Time Harbour Cruises’ Vivid Light Festival Cruise.

    Prior to joining Best Case Scenario, she specialised in food events, assisting in the management of the NSW Food and Wine Festival and Good Food Month. She has also helped coordinate Australia’s Sustainability in Business Conference & Exhibition and assisted on a major product launch for Olay Regenerist.

    Beatrice has over 5 years International experience in events working within multiple industries: from corporate to entertainment, non-for-profit, Creative Industries and the Arts.

    After her Master’s in Arts and Multimedia Production, she covered a good variety of roles that gave her a strong events promotion and sponsorship management approach. With passion and dedication Beatrice is naturally inclined to engage people, she is also genuinely helpful and predisposed to go that extra mile.

    Prior to working with Best Case Scenario, Beatrice worked for the accessible arts’ strategic projects team, delivering international conferences, an inaugural expo and all associated satellite events. This experience gave her strong event planning skills.

  • Sydney Event MarketingMarissa has vast experience in account management, client relationship management & business operations having worked in a number of industries including Wholesale, Not for Profit and Events.
    Marissa Joined Best Case Scenario in 2012 and has been involved with event coordination, administration and event operations for our clients organising small VIP lunches right through to three day multi channel symposium events.

    Prior to working with Best Case Scenario, Marissa gained her valuable skills working in the luxury goods industry for over 10 years. During this time she oversaw the development of the company website, customer training and business procedures to ensure the best possible outcomes for the customers, the staff and the business overall.
