We build relationships with sponsors at all our client events.

Through our network we successfully sell business development/sponsorship opportunities to technology organisations and government agencies. Our job doesn’t stop once we have sold sponsorship space. Many of our clients request that we go on to manage sponsor participation before, during and after the event. Our customer care skills go beyond just ensuring sponsor logos and demos are ready for the event.  We ensure they receive all elements of their sponsorship package. When we manage our clients event marketing plan, we have the added advantage of recommending marketing opportunities for sponsors that may have otherwise been missed.

Managing fixed costs or variable costs per delegate or both – we have experience in all.

For over 10 years we have managed budgets for large-scale conference to breakfast briefings. From monitoring expenditure, reaching set profit margins to recalculating variable costs is nothing new to our team of expert event managers.
