Digital Transformation in Modernising Aged Care Roadshow

Relatively new to the market Tquila ANZ is one of the most talented Salesforce.com consulting teams in the region. They have helped a multitude of companies define, develop, deploy and evolve their Salesforce investments, however were looking to connect and engage with the wider Aged Care sector, therefore a tailored breakfast event was planned to help achieve this.

The Brief

Working with Tquila’s Marketing Director in conjunction with their partners Salesforce and Mirus we were appointed to assist with:

  • Venue management: scoping, food and beverage and AV
  • Budget management: prepare, manage and update
  • Speaker management: prepare briefing documents and coordinate AV requirements
  • Registration: Prepare name badges, registration reports and onsite registration

Results

  • The event was so successful in Brisbane, they extended the event to Sydney and Melbourne. 
  • Seamless registration process 
  • Speaker coordination flowed seamlessly
